Alexandra Derisier
Founder & Chairperson
Alexandra Derisier is the founder and Chairperson of The Exsupero Collective Inc., a registered nonprofit organization with chapters designed to serve individuals who are statistically more likely to be excluded in schools, churches, and community environments due socioeconomic factors. Exsupero Collective Inc. is the umbrella nonprofit organization that oversees three key initiatives: Blossom in His Love, Zach’s Treehouse, and the Exsupero Club. Each of these programs serves a unique purpose under the Collective’s broader mission of community support and development.
The primary goal of Exsupero is to empower people to overcome adversity and strive for excellence without compromising their authentic selves, ensuring their inclusion in all spheres of their communities.
Alexandra grew up in one of Ottawa’s most troubled neighborhoods and was labeled as learning disabled in her formative years. Despite these challenges, she succeeded academically in her later years and became a licensed attorney in 2009. She has a long history of serving her community through various initiatives and roles, and has been involved with numerous nonprofit organizations, serving on several boards of directors an advisory committees.
Alexandra is passionate about using her leadership skills to help individuals facing socioeconomic hardships overcome adversity while remaining true to who they are. She believes that individua thrive when they are accepted and supported, and her goal is to extend the Ministry of Inclusion beyond the four walls of the church.

Esther Derisier
Vice-Chairperson
Esther Derisier is a mental health registered nurse, aspiring psychologist, and passionate dance instructor committed to helping individuals heal and thrive holistically. As a fourth-year psychology student, she is dedicated to understanding and addressing the connections between mental health, spirituality, and movement. This passion has driven Esther to complete a research essay titled “Dance Movement Interventions and Its Complementary Effects on Mental Health”, exploring the powerful impact of dance on emotional and mental well-being. With hopes of further contributing to the psychology field, Esther aspires to examine how dance movement interventions affect the brain and their potential for therapeutic applications. Dancing since the age of 16, Esther specializes in liturgical and inspirational dance, combining expressive movement with a message of freedom and identity in Jesus Christ.
Esther’s desire is for all individuals to experience the transformative love of God, worshiping Him in spirit and in truth. This passion inspired the creation of Blossom in His Love, a safe and cathartic space for young girls and women to break down the barriers they face, fostering self-expression, healing, and spiritual growth.
With a deep commitment to bridging the gap between mental health and spirituality, Esther empowers others to see themselves as image-bearers of God, clothed with strength and dignity. By integrating professional expertise in mental health, a foundation in psychology, and a love for dance, Esther offers a unique approach that uplifts individuals, allowing them to embrace their godly identity and blossom into their full potential in Christ’s love.
